At Kifsi, we want you to shop with complete peace of mind. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. This policy applies only to deliveries within The United States.

Items must be complete, unused, and in their original condition, with all original packaging and accessories. If the product is returned damaged or visibly used, a deduction may be applied to the refund amount. This does not apply if you return a defective product.

4. Exchanges
We offer the possibility of making an exchange for customers residing in The United States. The process begins with a standard return of the item. Once this return is accepted, you may order a new item as a replacement. In the case of a defective product or an error on our part, the return shipping fees will be covered by us.
5. Refund
Once we have received and verified your return, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
The amount will be credited to the same payment method used for your purchase. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund has been processed.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank.
6. Restocking
No restocking fees will be applied.
7. Refused or Undelivered Parcels
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a refused delivery, or an unclaimed package, processing and reshipping fees may apply.

8. International Orders
This return policy applies only to orders delivered within the United States.
We plan to extend it to other countries in the near future.
For international deliveries, any customs duties and taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.
9. Change of address
If you have already placed an order and wish to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kifsi.com. We will do our best to make the change, but this cannot be guaranteed if the package has already been shipped.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
How to return an item
Contact us: Email our team at info@kifsi.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Pack your item: Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.
Return it: Drop off your package at the nearest carrier's collection point, following the instructions in your return authorization email.
Refund process
