1. Shipping Coverage
At Kifsi, we currently only ship within the United States ( all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii) and although international delivery is not yet available we are actively working to extend our services to other countries in the near future.
2. Products concerned
Our delivery policy applies to all products offered in our online store. Each item is carefully packaged and prepared to ensure reliable and timely shipping.
3. Delivery locations
Orders are shipped to the delivery location specified by the customer at the time of payment, with no possibility of collection at relay points or automated lockers at the moment.
4. Order deadline
Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Eastern Time ET) are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. All orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
5. Order processing time
Shipments are usually prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days of the order being placed; this timeframe includes order validation as well as quality control and packaging steps.
6. Shipping and delivery times
Once dispatched, deliveries within The United States (all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii) take approximately 5 to 7 business days. Deliveries are made only on business days (Monday to Friday). Delays may occur during peak periods, such as public holidays or promotional events.
The total delivery time is estimated to be between 6 and 9 business days.
7. Shipping costs
We are pleased to offer free standard delivery on all orders shipped within The United States (all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii). No additional costs will be charged for packaging or handling.
8. Change of address
If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kifsi.com. We will do our best to respond to your requests, but we cannot guarantee updates to orders that have already been processed or shipped.
9. Undeliverable packages
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the package, we reserve the right to deduct the return and reshipping costs from the refund amount.
10. Customs duties and import taxes
Since we currently only ship within The United States (all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii), customs duties and import taxes do not apply. For future international orders, different tax and duty regulations will apply.
